your arriving date etc. When we have all
necessary information, we will start working
for you.

First of all we have to find a place to live. Very important for us to know your arriving dates at least one month in advance. We can find a good deal for you only in case we have enough time to look for an apartment. Example: Family of three had flight tickets at the middle of September. They informed us the same day they had booked a flight [almost two months in advance]. We found the two bedrooms apartment for them in a very good aria, close to C-Train, for reasonable price. The other family called us one week before coming. We could not find for them anything but pretty expensive apartment far away from downtown. Plus they had to pay for three months in advance and they cannot leave this place for six months. Bad deal! But, anyway, it is much cheaper than spending a month or so even in a cheapest motel.
IMPORTANT: apartments in Calgary are for rent from the first day of each month [01/01/2001; 01/02/2001 etc.] If you plan to arrive at 25 of September, you would have to stay in a hotel until the First of the next month. If you are coming at 05 of September, we can rent an apartment from 01 of September for you and it would be cheaper.
Second step is setting appointments. We will contact counselors on behalf of you and get appointments for you as soon as it is possible, so you would not have to wait too long when you will be here. You have to meet with an immigration officer,officer of the Board of Education etc.
Next step is arriving. We will meet you at the airport and deliver you and your baggage to your home. Then, usually next day, we will take you to the Alberta Health office [you need health insurance cards], bank of your choice [you have to open a bank account], Harry Heights Building to order SIN, shopping [you need some food and equipment].
All the time with you we will give you a lots of information that can save thousands of dollars just because you are going to have this GREAT tool-INFO-
