This page is created for one reason: explain why we have to take money for our participating in your immigration.
We are not a commercial structure, but we have expenses doing some work for you. We have to drive all the way around the town to find an apartment for you. Sometimes it takes weeks until we get what you need. We have to meet with officers at different departments. We have to pay downpayment for your apartment, find transportation for you at your first days in Calgary, and find people who would like to guide you to every place you should visit. Those people should be paid. Nobody would spend his workdays for free etc. We require payment for your apartment in Canadian dollars before we sign the rent agreement. Usually it works this way: when the accomodation is found and you agree with all terms and conditions of the rental agreement, you send us money [exactly the sum of minimum payment required by your landlord]. We receive the money, pay it right away to the landlord and let you know about it immediately. Until your arriving we are responsible for this apartment. Then, when you arrived, you pay the rest of your debt directly to the landlord. If you are not arriving at time or decide to change your destination we have to pay money instead of you. That is why we need that money before you show up.

Another part of your payment is our expenses coverage. You pay it after we met you at the airport, helped to receive a Health card, order your SIN and you have activated your bank account [your second or third day in Canada].

That is not the end of our cooperation! You will be able to get any help and information we can provide during your adaptation period.

What do you get for your money?
1.You have a place to live instead of nowhere.
2. You save money on living in hotel/motel [up to 30 days, plus eating outside, transportation etc.]
3.Time: you avoid waiting for every appointment you need [2-3weeks] because we will set appointments as closer to your arriving date as it is possible.
4. You will be advised where to go and how to get every place you need. It could save you a lot of your time, money and health.
5.Save money on shopping! For the first time we will take you to the least expensive shopping centers and show you how to buy, but not waste your money. Shopping centers are usually pretty far from residential arias, but you do not have to worry about transportation- we will use our car.[Experience shows that people waste thousands dollars on purchasing wrong items, or afraid to buy even a necessary minimum]
6.You get the most expensive and important: information and friends.
